Where are originally from?
From Manchester, New Jersey, small woods town close to the beach.
What inspired you to become a trainer?
Being a leader in sports has played a big role in me becoming a trainer. I went through so many strength and conditioning coaches and systems that I kind of mix them all together to create my own style.
What drives you?
Getting to know who you are training with and finding out what fuels others to become better has given me more of an understanding 'why' people want to compete or become better. Hearing their stories and obstacles on the way makes me want to help any way I can.
What can people expect when they come to your class?
I like to be aggressive with my classes, similar to a bootcamp, but a lot less yelling. Ill give you direction and teach you technique so you learn the movements and why we do them instead of just going through the motions. I like to use my Exercise Science background to give you some knowledge about what/why we are doing in class that day!
