Where are originally from?
I’m from a small city in the North of England called Preston, not far from Manchester!
What inspired you to become a trainer?
I honestly believe fitness is a way to change your life and there is something so powerful about the feeling and energy it gives you. I want people everywhere to understand what that feels like, and how much greater they can become by making fitness and exercise an important part of their lives.
What drives you?
I am driven by the clients in all my classes, by their successes and progress. It still amazes me how you feel after a class or a workout, how it can change your mood and change your mindset. That gives me motivation- because I know I’m going to come out on the other side, better and equipped for whatever the world has to throw at me! Physically and mentally.
What can people expect when they come to your class?
I like good, loud music! I like challenges, and I want to push people, so they leave class feeling the best version of themselves!
