Zach has been training in Los Angeles for four years. Zach sees training as a means by which anyone can become the best versions of themselves. His clients recognize him as not only an experienced fitness coach, but as someone who takes responsibility for their well being both in and out of the gym. With a background in Olympic weightlifting and athletic development, Zach understands that mastery of the fundamentals will provide longevity and results for anyone's training program; from the novice to the elite athlete. Consistency and commitment, Zach believes, are indispensable tools in creating a successful mindset.

I grew up in Portland, Oregon.
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A TRAINER
I have always thought it was important to stay in shape for both life and sport, and have always taken that commitment seriously. When I realized that it was the job of a trainer to motivate, inspire, educate and lead by example, I knew it was the career path for me.
WHAT DRIVES YOU?
I am honored that I get to wake up each morning and guide others on their path to health and fitness. Living this lifestyle has had an irreplaceably positive impact on my life and I am compelled to help others along their path.
WHAT CAN PEOPLE EXPECT FROM YOUR CLASS?
First and foremost, I believe that training should be fun. But I also believe that people should walk out feeling accomplished. People can expect not only to bust their chops to get the work done, but find relief in the fact that they can have a fun time doing it.
