Tennis Ball Tuesday: Rolling the Foot

Ever notice that you rarely stretch your feet? They support you all day and hardly ever get any love in return. Sad. Today we're returning the favor. Try this roll exercise after your last treadmill sprint in class this week, you'll feel like your walking on a cloud.

DIRECTIONS

1. Take off your shoes and place the tennis ball underneath the ball of your foot in a seated or standing position.

2. Roll the ball back and forth and apply pressure.

3. When you find a point of tension, hold the tennis ball there for 5-10 minutes.

4. Focus on each foot for 60 seconds.

Make sure to grab a complimentary tennis ball after class today (Tuesday, July 26th) and follow every BURN with a ROLL.
