Being able to properly execute the the "PUSH" and "PULL" movement is essential during a HIIT workout. Think about it - sprinting, push ups, burpees... all build upon this basic motion. It's important to take the time to stretch out your shoulders and activate that myofacial release before and after your workout. Doing so, will increase your mobility and ability to deal with fatigue.

- Put the ball against your delt (shoulder).
- Push up against a wall/hard surface
- Rotate the ball around your shoulder muscle.
