What Inspired You to Become a Trainer?
I coached cheerleading during my college years and wanted to find a way to bring in my experience as an athlete into the adult fitness world. I started out as a studio client and loved the energy of group fitness and how I pushed myself. It was a no-brainer to become a trainer after that.
What Drives You?
Challenges...And that gratifying feeling you get after an intense workout knowing I poured every ounce of my being into it and knowing I will be mentally and physically stronger for it.
