- 100 Jump Rope/ 25 TRX Pulls/ 15 TRX Push ups: x 5 (20 mins)
- 10 min Treadmill Intervals
Workout 4
- 5 min plank
- 25 Rope Slams/ 10 Push ups: x 5
- 5 Hill Sprints
- 50 DB Clean and Press
- 50 Bench Rows/ 50 Lat Pull Downs
